Coaches

 Janeen has been rowing for 16 years and coaching for the last 7 years.  She was the mentor for a student who initiated the junior rowing camps at SRC on 2023.  Janeen has her BS in Biology and worked with high school students as a Substitute Teacher for 21 years.    She has also held a variety of positions on Stockton Rowing Club’s Board of Directors the position of Publicity Chair, Master’s Coordinator, Vice President and President; she is currently the Adult Education Coordinator.  Janeen received her Level 2 Coaching Certificate from US Rowing in September 2023.

 Debbie has been rowing for 15 years.  She obtained her Level 2 Coaching Certificate from US Rowing in 2021.  She has previously served on the Board of Directors as the Master’s Coordinator and Adult Education Coordinator.  Debbie has helped with numerous Learn-to-Row classes for the past 12 years and is assisting with Junior program.  She is retired as the Director of Clinical and Family Services at United Cerebral Palsy where she mentored early childhood teachers as well as occupational and physical therapists.  She worked with children and youth for over 40 years as a pediatric occupational therapist.

 JB is the Program Manager for SRC's Junior Program. He has been rowing for 7 years, obtained his Level 1 Coaching Certificate in 2020, and his Level 2 Coaching Certificate from US Rowing in September 2023. He has been on the Stockton Rowing Club's Board of Directors for 3 years and has helped with a summer junior rowing camp organized by a Stockton high school student for her senior project. JB has BS degrees in Education and Software Engineering, and was the project lead on multiple development projects for Siemens, IBM, and Cisco. He also holds a Master's of Science degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine and has opened and operated two successful Acupuncture clinics over a 15-year career.
